Hello, Bonjour, Hola, Buongiorno! I am an educator, an interpreter and a cross-cultural specialist, and a growth mindset lifestyle coach. For over a decade, I taught French in four school districts. The opportunity to teach in different types of communities broadened my horizons and expanded my pedagogical repertoire of skills and my desire to grow as an educator. During my teaching tenure, I was never fully satisfied with the conventional professional development seminars/workshops that I attended. Along the way, I discovered that there were some teachers who felt the same way that I did- that the conventional professional development workshops did not fully meet their needs.
Today, although I don't formally teach anymore, I am still a teacher at heart. This is the reason that I founded Insightful Education/Teacher Power. I have a passion to help educators become successful through my coaching and consulting practice. I discovered that I was the coach that I was looking for when I was teaching and so I started coaching teachers in 2016 and I have made a difference in helping them achieve their goals. I created this product "Your Magical W.A.N.D Classroom because I want teachers to get off the roller coaster of stress-filled days in the classroom to create a balanced, organized, satisfactory, successful classroom and teaching experience no matter where they teach.

What is this program?
It is the Your W.A.N.D. Magical Classroom experience.
W.A.N.D stands for...the what, why, and how of an effective classroom success plan and a blueprint to a stress-free and burnout-free teaching zone, provided you participate fully and implement the program consistently. It is a self-education plan. The more aware of yourself that you are, the more empowered that you are, and the more attractive you become as a teacher. More attraction equals better relationships with your students, parents and administrators and colleagues which equals more satisfaction and success in your role and in your Life in general.

What can it do?
It can meet a need not a want; it can shed light on what you really need. You may want some of your students to stop speaking out of turns. You may want your students to raise their hands before blurting out answers. You may want them to stop using their cellphones in class. You may want that administrator to get off your back. You may want to stop spending so much time at the school or on your lesson plans. These behaviors are all symptoms of a bigger problem.

You’ll come up with one idea or a statement of the quality of experience that you want to have this year as a teacher and personally. Think about the goals that you set in other areas in your life. Combine them with your professional ideals- Your Magical WAND Classroom. Come up with one statement.
Identify and outline your marketing tools
You’ll identify and outline your tool or tools to sell your subject and yourself as The Teacher based on the WAND that you selected.
Create tangible tools for reaching your people
Create your simple high-converting sales tools with our simple design recommendations to obtain your stakeholders (especially your students’!) cooperation, respect and support and convert them into enthusiastic buyers of your content.
Plan how you will utilize all that you've created
Plan to use and implement your tool or tools for your big launch of Yourself as the Teacher and your subject/content on the first day of school.
The ingenuity, the level of experience, and the investment in time and resources that it took to create this course are priceless. However, I must assign a logical number to some essential parts of the course. Here they are:
